By integrating Aadhaar seeding and digital signatures, the system significantly reduces the risk of fraud and manual tampering that was common with paper records.

This digital shift ensures that land titles are transparent and easily verifiable by banks for quick loan processing. While the backend is for official use, it feeds real-time data to the Meehoomi portal, allowing citizens to view their records instantly. Ultimately, WebLand empowers landowners by replacing slow, manual bureaucracy with an efficient and accountable electronic governance system.

What is WebLand AP?

WebLand AP is a centralized land records management system monitored by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA). It was designed to digitize the state’s massive archives of land data, ensuring every plot of land has a digital identity that is hard to tamper with. It is primarily used by Revenue Department officials like Tahsildars, Revenue Divisional Officers (RDOs), and Village Revenue Officers (VROs).

WebLand AP Login (For Officials)

Access to WebLand is restricted to authorized personnel. To log in, a revenue official follows these steps:

Navigate to the official portal: webland.ap.gov.in.
Locate the POLR Login (Public Online Land Records) section.
Enter the authorized Username and Password.
Select the specific District from the dropdown menu.
Click the Login button to access the administrative dashboard.
